What is ReDKITE?

ReDKITE is a study researching low dose ketamine as a possible treatment for depression that has not responded to at least two different antidepressants.

ReDKITE stands for Resistant Depression - Ketamine Infusion Trial Evaluation.

The study takes place at the Warneford hospital in Oxford.

It involves having treatments with low dose intravenous ketamine, each lasting 40 minutes, on 6 separate occasions over 3 weeks.
